❥ To confirm an appointment, we request 50% of the total amount as a down payment and the remaining 50% is paid in the salon.


❥ After booking the appointment, a new screen will open with a payment link for paying the down payment. If you do not pay this on time, your appointment will expire. Your appointment is only confirmed after receipt of your down payment.


Down payments will be refunded if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.


In case of cancellation / rescheduling later then 24 hours before your appointment, you will lose your down payment, the costs will be charged.

❥ After 15 minutes it is no longer possible to help you further, you will lose your down payment and you'll have to schedule a new appointment.


1. General
The general terms and conditions apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between CakesInc.Nails and a client to which CakesInc.Nails has declared these terms and conditions applicable, insofar as the parties have not deviated from these terms and conditions explicitly and in writing.


2. Beauty salon efforts
1. The employees of CakesInc.Nails will perform the treatments to the best of their knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship.


2. The client ensures that all information that could reasonably be important for the proper execution of the treatment is communicated to the employee in good time.


3. The employees of CakesInc.Nails are not liable for damage, of whatever nature, caused by the client relying on incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the client.


4. The employees of CakesInc.Nails will inform the client of the financial consequences of the change of treatment.
