All orders require a minimum of €14,50 or more.
For all our packages a signature has to be set for acceptance. There must be someone present at all times to receive the package, if there is no one at home then our parcel deliverers will try it for a second time the next day. The package will be sent back to us if there is no answer, shipping cost will be charged to resend again. Our packages are not left behind with the neighbors!
Letterbox packages are delivered to the Netherlands within one or two working day, even if the recipient is not at home. A letterbox package can be sent to Dutch addresses and PO Box addresses. * The status information of a letterbox package is more limited than that of package shipments. The letterbox package can not be traced in case of lack of clarity so that research is not possible. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipment of your order an email with tracking info will be sent to you. With the exception of Pre-Orders, there may be some delays requiring 7 to 28 days for shipping to ensure a better customer experience. Your order will be witheld by us until all products are in stock and ready for shipment. The expected delivery time is described for each item. If you can not wait for the expected delivery time, we advise to not place a pre-order.
We ship all our products via PostNL insured and with a tracking code, an e-mail with the tracking code will be send to you! Normally all packages within The Netherlands are being deliverd the next day after shipment between 10am - 6pm.
Please allow 3-30 working days to receive your package. The average delivery time for international orders is up to 14 working days.
If you haven't received your package in between 30 working days please contact us by email@example.com with your full name and order number to further assist you. Please allow up to 1 - 3 days for a response time.
PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for incorrect imputed information at check out. If you have imputed your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped. You will have to wait until the package is returned back at our warehouse before we can resend it again.
We are not responsible if any duty or taxes applied are not paid by the receiver and the consignment is refused/held or destroyed at customs. No refund will be offered.
- Order pick-up is not available. Not even if you live close by!
- For all countries within Europe there would not be any extra custom fees charged. All other countries outside Europe might have custom fees being charged, we are not responsible for this.
- Our packing moments are on working days (Mon / Fri) between 16:00 until 22:15 CET, all packages are then offered the next working day to PostNL.
